curry spicy(4)Curry is a generic term primarily employed in western culture to denote a wide variety of dishes which originate in southern and southeastern Asian countries.   Traditionally, spices are used both whole and ground and they may be added at different times during the cooking process to produce different results. Curry dishes can contain a significant amount of sauce or gravy based on yogurt, coconut milk, or stock.  Some studies have shown that ingredients in curry may help to prevent certain diseases, including colon cancer and Alzheimer’s disease.  Nowadays curry has become an integral part of international cuisines.
