Pail Packing and Delivery
When planning, you have to consider how to pack the most, not the process fluency. To plan the whole process from packing, so you can look after both sides of process fluency and food safety.
Considering the factors below, to purchase the machine that is suitable for you.
A. Process consideration:
if you plan to pack and deliver by pail, the volume is the most important part.
- Plastic pail: NE-51
If you want to pack by plastic pails, NE-51 is suitable. It’s because the contamination would be lower. In the whole manufacturer process, both manual and automatically, there is only one girl needed, from cooking, food transferring, chilling, filling and packing, there is no problem.
- stainless steel pails of volume 20 liters or 30 liters: NE-16
Because the process fluency, no matter you separate the food right after cook or not, the whole process are: cook (separate or not separate), chill, preserve, deliver, preserve in the chain stores, selling and clean the pail. One person is needed in the whole process. Almost the same pail with lower contamination risks, reduce the personnel cost, easy to clean, reuse the pail, extend the preserving time and it’s easy to control the quantity without waste.
B. Packing quantity and packing method:
- The volume of packing is 10 to 30 kg, and the pail is 38 cm wide pail.NE-16 is suitable.
- Packing volume is around 1 kg, cooking quantity is over 100 kg: NE-51
C. Manual packing or automatically packing:
- If you want to pack over 1 kg, you pack manually. NE-16 and NE-51are all suitable, in this situation, the machine choose depends on the cooking quantity.
- If you pack around 100 g, you use auto packing system. By this time, you can use NE-51 to chill and connect to auto filling and packing machine, processing automatically.
- If you pack around 100 g with small chilling quantity per times (50 kg), filling machine is gravitation type. NE-16 is suitable.
- If you pack around 100 g and your filling machine is peristaltic pump, NE-51 will be suitable for your kitchen.
D. Purchasing price:
If you have a budget limit or you are beginning your business, the price is the most important factor to you. You can choose NE-16. Or rent NE-51 at the beginning.
