Traditional Cooling

1.     By steeping cold water : While the temperature of surface has down, the core temperature still high. And it will cause food decayed and unstable quality.

2.    By ice cube : The taste will be unstable and need to consider about the hygiene problem.

3.    By fan : Takes long time to chill, and must consider the dust.

Above 3 methods all face the same problem – spend too much time on chilling. Bacteria bred for several times during the chilling process, and sure it will effect the quality of our products.
